Hello and welcome to the West Tennessee Anime Club website. I’m the new writer for this blog. I don’t have a solid plan on what I’ll be blogging about, but for now I’ll review anime that I’ve seen and currently watching. I’ll also be mentioning events that are happening in and around West Tennessee pertaining to anime and Asian culture. I don’t have a set schedule yet of when I’ll be posting, but it’ll come at least once a month. If you’re interested in my thoughts on a particular anime, manga, or any Asian pop culture please let me know. 

About me:

I’ve been watching anime for quite a long time, but lately it’s been on and off. It just depends on what’s going on in life. The type of anime I like is mecha, slice of life, and a whole lot of action. My guilty pleasure genre for anime/manga is romance. I usually hate watching them, but sometimes you just got to watch something lighthearted. I’m currently studying for the GRE. I plan on going to graduate school for a Ph.D. in Anthropology focusing on East Asian culture.
